Fresno Unified has Provisioned some basic webservers for staff to use for hosting, these help fill the niche left open by our current LMS for straightforward blog site and web pages. You can drop a self contained site in, just look for editors that save the whole site they build in a folder and then drop the contents of that folder into your personal directory on the fusd server.
Sites hosted via this System are accessible anywher in the US to users with a fresnou.org or fresnounified.org email address, the username and password are the same as your office 365 account.
